If it is returned within the stated warranty period it will be repaired or replaced - period. Our liability for defects on any item shall not exceed its repair or replacement cost and our warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Salty Dog Marine shall not be responsible for labor, transportation, incidental charges, consequential or other damages incurred by the use of products sold by us. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
