Custom Wire Rigging - Do you require rigging not listed? Our staff can assemble custom rigging using 3/32", 1/8" or 5/32" stainless steel wire.
Our custom rigging is based on a Pull-to-Pull Measurement* and there are two ways you can obtain an estimate and order your custom rigging.
Quote Only - Please email the following information to email@example.com: 1) The Pull-to-Pull Measurement* you require. 2) The Part Number and Description of the wire you wish to use. 3) The Part Number and Description of each end fitting. 4) The Quantity required. 5) We will email you a quote before assembling your wire(s) so that you can approve the amount.
Purchase Components, Email Finished Pull-to-Pull Length - 1) Use your Pull-to-Pull Measurement and round up the wire length to the nearest full foot of wire. 2) Purchase the length of wire needed to assemble your rigging. 3) Purchase the two ends you require from the most commonly used ends (with labor) listed below. 4) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number and the finished pull-to-pull length of your wire(s).
Note -Custom wire rigging based on a customers measurement is not returnable for a refund, but does come with our standard one year parts and labor warranty. If you require further information please let us know.
*Pull-to-Pull Measurement - To measure your wire put a screwdriver blade in each thimble, or in each hole of the fork or eye ends, and pull the wire tight. Measure to the OUTSIDE of each screw driver blade (bearing surface of the thimble, fork or eye where the clevis pin makes contact under load). This is the pull-to-pull measurement we use to build wires.
*Pull-to-Pull Measurement (End of Turnbuckle Stud) - To measure your wire put a screwdriver blade in the thimble, or hole in the fork or eye, on one end of your wire and pull the wire tight. Measure from the OUTSIDE of the screwdriver blade (bearing surface of the thimble, fork or eye where the clevis pin makes contact under load) to the very end of the threaded turnbuckle stud (not to where it is connected to the wire but the very end). This is the pull-to-pull measurement we use to build a wire with a turnbuckle stud.
