In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Except for payments made on Made To Order Items or Special Order Items we will not charge your credit card for orders that have not been shipped.
Back Orders: Due to the seasonal nature of our business certain popular items may be in short supply. If your order includes both in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship the in-stock items and the backordered items will be shipped at no additional charge, when available. If it appears that we will not be able to obtain the balance of your order in a reasonable time we will notify you and cancel your order. US and Canadian backorders are shipped US Postal Service First Class.
Damaged Shipments: All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Please email us at saltydog@saltydogmarine.com for assistance with a damaged shipment and will assist you in arranging for a replacement. All shipments valued over $100.00 USD are insured. If you require insurance on orders under $100.00 USD please contact us, an additional charge does apply.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery due to demand. We regret that shipping prices may be subject to change without notice. You will be notified via email, prior to shipment, if we need to adjust the shipping price and order total.
International Orders:
With the exception of Canada we no longer ship international orders due to increased shipping costs, increased customs regulations and recipient lack of knowledge concerning import duties and fees.
Returns: Please use our Contact Page for assistance in returning your item. Except in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Sales Tax: We are required to collect 6% sales tax for all orders delivered in Michigan.
